The 49ers have lost another defensive lineman, as the Houston Texans sign Naquan Jones off San Francisco's practice squad days after Kevin Givens' departure.

The Houston Texans have reportedly signed defensive tackle Naquan Jones off the San Francisco 49ers' practice squad. This roster move follows the departure of defensive tackle Kevin Givens, who was signed off San Francisco's practice squad by the Indianapolis Colts on Friday.
Jones originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Tennessee Titans in 2021 before spending time with Arizona, Los Angeles, and Houston. He joined the 49ers on September 23, appearing in three games and recording two tackles this season.
