Rangers midfielder Paul Nsio is playing for his future at Ibrox while on a season-long loan with Scottish Premiership side St Mirren. The 20-year-old is set to become a free agent at the end of the current season following a two-year contract extension signed in September 2025. James Barker of Ibrox News highlights Nsio's strong performances in Paisley as a driving force behind whether he earns a new contract with Rangers.
Nsio has started nine of his 10 league matches under Craig McLeish, scoring once while registering impressive defensive and attacking metrics. With Nicolas Raskin frequently linked with a move away from Ibrox, Barker argues that Nsio's ongoing development and recent dynamic displays could warrant a new deal and a first-team role at Rangers next summer.
