The New York Giants have signed running back Eric Gray to their practice squad following their bye week. The move provides backfield depth as the Giants deal with injuries, including starter Cam Skattebo nursing a hamstring issue and Tyrone Tracy currently on injured reserve.
Gray was originally selected by the Giants in the fifth round of the 2023 NFL Draft. After being released ahead of the 53-man roster deadline and spending time on the Cleveland Browns practice squad, Gray returns with 34 career games of experience for New York.
