The Pistons haven’t been able to take their next offensive step with Isaiah Joe sidelined.

PistonPowered's Swoosh Shrestha argues that Isaiah Joe's early-season injury is hindering the Detroit Pistons' offensive development. Joe, an offseason addition meant to bolster Detroit's perimeter shooting, was injured just four minutes into his third game after attempting 13 three-pointers across his first two appearances.
The article notes that Joe's absence has forced Detroit to over-rely on Duncan Robinson for outside shooting while also coping with an injury to Jalen Duren. Shrestha contends that Detroit must fully integrate Joe into crunchtime playoff lineups once he returns to health to resolve recurring offensive spacing issues.
