Jake LaRavia was already such an impactful role player, but now that he's making his threes, he's become indispensable for the Lakers.
Chris Lambert of Lake Show Life argues that Jake LaRavia has earned a heightened level of trust from Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick due to an early-season shooting resurgence. After struggling with his outside shot during his first year in Los Angeles, LaRavia has started three consecutive games in place of Ziaire Williams.
Lambert notes that LaRavia has made 50 percent of his 14 three-point attempts through six games, including 71 percent from the corners. The writer emphasizes that LaRavia's improved floor spacing makes him an ideal complement alongside playmakers Luka Doncic, Austin Reaves, and LeBron James.
