A look at some players the Dallas Cowboys should look to add and some players they should offload before the NFL trade deadline.

Writing for The Landry Hat, Jerry Trotta argues that the Dallas Cowboys should both buy and sell ahead of the November 10 NFL trade deadline following a 3-5 start to the season. Trotta suggests the team should target players who can provide long-term defensive help while trading away valuable assets on expiring or movable contracts.
Trotta proposes that Dallas target Miami Dolphins linebacker Jordyn Brooks, Los Angeles Chargers edge Tuli Tuipulotu, Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Alex Highsmith, and New York Jets edge Will McDonald. Conversely, he advises Dallas to field trade offers for wide receiver George Pickens, offensive lineman T.J. Bass, and defensive tackle Kenny Clark.
