Norman Powell could be a deadline target for Bobby Webster and the Toronto Raptors, but only if the Bulls throw in a sweetener.

Reporting from Bleacher Report's Jake Fischer indicates that Chicago Bulls guard Norman Powell is expected to generate significant interest on the NBA trade market ahead of the deadline. Following Fischer's report, Raptors Rapture writer Chris Lambert argues that Toronto Raptors general manager Bobby Webster could view the former Raptors guard as a potential target to bolster the roster.
Lambert suggests a trade sending RJ Barrett to Chicago could work financially, but argues Toronto should only consider the deal if the Bulls include forward-center Jalen Smith. Powell is currently playing under a two-year, $44.1 million contract that includes a second-year team option.
