Manhattan-based startup amp has developed a compact, smart home fitness device designed to streamline home workouts and sustain personal motivation. The wall-mounted system requires roughly the floor space of a yoga mat and utilizes an AI-powered algorithm to design personalized routines tailored to individual user goals. Offering over 500 guided exercises, the equipment supports activities ranging from traditional strength training to HIIT and Pilates.
The device features a smart dial that delivers five to 100 pounds of digital resistance adjustable in one-pound increments. It incorporates real-time tracking across three training modes—Fixed, Band, and Eccentric—which dynamically adjust resistance based on user performance. Awarded a Red Dot design award, the system uses whisper-quiet cables extending up to 12 feet to fit small living spaces.
