Lennon Miller and Colby Donovan have moved back to the 21s after missing out on an A squad call up this time round…

Scotland Under-21 manager Tony Docherty praised senior squad dropouts Lennon Miller and Colby Donovan for their positive attitude after rejoining the youth setup. Both players, along with James Wilson and Tyler Fletcher, previously featured in Sebastien Pocognoli's senior side but were selected for upcoming friendlies in Spain against Ukraine and the USA to secure valuable playing time.
Docherty confirmed he held positive discussions with Udinese's Miller and Celtic's Donovan regarding their international pathways and alignment with the senior team. Meanwhile, Docherty also revealed that Dundee United winger Daniel Bennie chose to represent Australia at an upcoming Olympic tournament despite Scotland's interest.
