Duran saw little of the ball against Falkirk at the weekend and it was evidence of a wider problem facing Martin O'Neill…

Robbie Copeland of the Daily Record argues that Celtic's striking issues extend beyond forwards Camilo Duran and Kasper Hogh, pointing to poor midfield service. Despite high expectations for both signings, Hogh has failed to score in 15 of his 16 appearances, while Duran was left severely isolated during Celtic's recent match against Falkirk, managing just 13 touches.
Copeland highlights that only nine of Celtic's 599 passes reached Duran against Falkirk, as the team struggled to create central avenues and was repeatedly forced out wide. In contrast, Falkirk maximized less than 30 percent possession with direct central play, leading to goals from Ethan Ross and Scott Tanser.
