Nikita Kucherov's representative, Dan Milstein, went on the record to make his client's future clear moving forward.

Nikita Kucherov's agent, Dan Milstein, stated that the Tampa Bay Lightning superstar will move on from the team at the conclusion of the season. Speaking on DFO Insider, Milstein noted that relations deteriorated significantly following offseason contract discussions with general manager Julien BriseBois, describing the situation as "beyond repair."
Despite the public declaration, writer Nestor Quixtan suggests the Lightning may keep Kucherov through the current campaign for a Stanley Cup run rather than rush into a trade. A potential in-season trade would require a contender to clear substantial cap space and provide a premium return of assets.
