The Falcons have been named the top destination for a Cowboys Pro Bowler, but Dallas' latest stance could complicate any deal.

The Sporting News' Vinnie Iyer named the Atlanta Falcons as the top potential trade landing spot for Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline. Iyer argued that Atlanta has the cap space to absorb Pickens' $27.298 million franchise tag and needs an additional downfield target alongside Drake London, Kyle Pitts, and Bijan Robinson to help quarterback Michael Penix Jr.
Despite the proposed fit, reports indicate a permanent trade is unlikely to happen before the deadline. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported that Pickens is content in Dallas and the Cowboys do not plan to trade him. Additionally, Falcons general manager Ian Cunningham is reportedly reluctant to surrender draft capital for the 3-5 team.
