Former Ferrari chief Mauricio Arrivabene has offered some strong words of advice to Fred Vasseur amid Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc’s conflicts out on track.…

Former Ferrari team principal Maurizio Arrivabene has urged current chief Fred Vasseur to assert control over Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc following their on-track clash at the Mexico City Grand Prix. Speaking to Sky Sports Italy, Arrivabene stated that the team principal must step in firmly, reminding the racers that they are Ferrari employees who need to stick to their roles rather than seeking internal leverage through post-race media comments.
The friction at Maranello intensified after Leclerc battled Hamilton on the opening lap in Mexico, eventually receiving a five-second time penalty while Hamilton dropped to third place. Following the race, Hamilton demanded serious discussions behind the scenes, increasing scrutiny on Vasseur's management ahead of the upcoming race weekend at Interlagos.
