Thursday was a travel day for the Calgary Flames after they finished off a three game road trip on Wednesday night in Seattle. But it was not without some news, as the club announced the assignment of goaltender Arsenii Sergeev…

The Calgary Flames announced on Thursday that goaltender Devin Cooley has been activated from the injury reserve list. Concurrently, the club assigned goaltender Arsenii Sergeev back to the American Hockey League's Calgary Wranglers following a three-game NHL road trip.
Cooley was sidelined after colliding with Edmonton Oilers forward Colton Dach on October 28. In Cooley's absence, Dustin Wolf made three starts while Sergeev appeared in one NHL contest against the Colorado Avalanche.
