The Washington Wizards have listed forward-center Anthony Davis as questionable with a sprained right ankle ahead of Friday's NBA Cup rematch against the Atlanta Hawks. Davis sustained the injury during the first quarter of Washington's 120-105 home loss to the Hawks on Wednesday after inadvertently stepping on AJ Dybantsa's foot.
Despite the ankle sprain, Davis played through the issue and produced 26 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocks on 12-of-19 shooting. Davis has not missed a game yet this season, though the team could still choose to exercise caution given his previous injury history.
