Scott Parker answers the mystery about Mark Noble’s new West Ham role

Newly appointed West Ham United head coach Scott Parker has addressed Mark Noble's role on the coaching staff. Following his appointment on a two-and-a-half-year deal, Parker explained that having Noble alongside him in the dugout will provide significant support, praising his shared values, deep understanding of the club, and the respect he commands among players and supporters.

Noble, who transitioned to sporting director in 2023, reportedly played an influential role in Parker's hiring over alternative candidate John Heitinga. Parker and Noble were already seen working closely together during West Ham's recent 3-3 comeback draw against Cardiff City.
