Celtic earned a €450k (£375k) UEFA bonus following a dramatic 3-2 Europa League victory over Besiktas at Celtic Park. After falling behind, substitute Callum Osmand equalized before Camilo Duran scored twice, including a late winner after Besiktas had leveled the match with five minutes remaining. The result secured the club's first points of the league phase after three consecutive defeats.
The victory bonus adds to the €4.31m guaranteed to clubs competing in the Europa League phase this season. Celtic next face Kilmarnock domestically before returning to European competition against Portuguese club Torreense, where another victory would secure an additional €450k payout alongside crucial points toward knockout qualification.
