Riding a hot point-per-game streak in the AHL, the electric playmaker joins Seattle’s depleted forward group as the Kraken prepare for their high-stakes international trip to Finland.

The Seattle Kraken have recalled forward Jagger Firkus from the AHL's Coachella Valley Firebirds. Seattle required reinforcement for their depleted forward group ahead of their international trip to Finland for the Global Series, after injuries placed both Jared McCann and Curtis Douglas on injured reserve.
Firkus, a second-round pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, has produced at a point-per-game pace this season with four goals and eight assists in 12 games. The 20-year-old playmaker previously scored 126 points in the WHL before transitioning to the professional ranks.
