San Diego Padres star Fernando Tatis Jr. has been named a Silver Slugger Award finalist for the 2026 season. He received dual nominations as an outfielder and as a utility player following his time split between the outfield and second base. Tatis is the sole Padres player nominated for the honor.
Despite beginning the campaign in a notable power slump, Tatis finished 2026 with a .289 batting average, 181 hits, 25 home runs, 83 RBIs, and 96 runs scored. The Silver Slugger winners are scheduled to be announced on November 17.
