If you missed the news earlier this week, it was reported that the Baltimore Orioles would be open to making massive changes to their roster. Essentially, everybody except Pete Alonso is available via trade, which has amplified discussions about potential…

Clay Snowden argues that the Cincinnati Reds should pursue a trade for Baltimore Orioles outfielder Colton Cowser this offseason. Following reports that Baltimore is open to major roster changes, Snowden highlights Cowser as an ideal target to solve Cincinnati's persistent vacancy in center field. Snowden notes that acquiring Cowser would fit Cincinnati's budget, with an estimated $3 million arbitration salary and three years of team control. This cost-effective move would allow the front office to direct financial resources toward re-signing catcher Tyler Stephenson and bolstering pitching staff, while proposing prospect Chase Petty as a potential trade piece.
