The Carolina Panthers front office is busy throughout the season with transactions, roster moves, and injury updates. Here’s what’s happening at Mint Street this week. Injuries Carolina’s injury report is scarier than many of last week’s Halloween costumes. Let’s start…

The Carolina Panthers have issued their Week 9 injury report and completed multiple roster transactions ahead of their game against the Denver Broncos. Defensive contributors Jaelen Phillips, Will Lee, and Bobby Okereke, along with offensive guard Damien Lewis, have been ruled out. Meanwhile, offensive lineman Brady Christensen is listed as questionable, and defensive tackle Bobby Brown will play after returning from a hand injury.
To address roster depth issues, Carolina signed cornerback Jakorian Bennett, offensive tackle Da’metrius Weatherspoon, and linebacker Mohamoud Diabate to the practice squad. In corresponding moves, the team released cornerback Zion Childress and linebacker Maema Njongmeta from the practice squad.
