Knicks star Jalen Brunson and his father Rick made a cameo on Law & Order: SVU, drawing jokes from teammate Karl-Anthony Towns.

Karl-Anthony Towns joked that New York Knicks assistant coach Rick Brunson outperformed his son, Jalen Brunson, during their guest appearance on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Jalen made a 59-second cameo as Detective Madison alongside star Mariska Hargitay, while Rick appeared as an extra. Following practice on Friday, Towns praised Rick's on-screen entrance, calling it an Emmy-worthy walk.
Towns expressed support for Jalen living out his dream, while also reflecting on his own recent acting role in The Devil Wears Prada 2. Meanwhile, head coach Mike Brown noted the team is utilizing a light game schedule to rest players and address practice issues, with Josh Hart ruled out for Saturday's game against the Cavaliers.
