£58m Chelsea star one of the most underrated in the league claims academy teammate

Cole Palmer has labeled Chelsea midfielder Romeo Lavia as the team's most underrated player during an interview with Sky Sports. Palmer highlighted their shared history at Manchester City's academy, stating that people do not realize how talented the Belgian midfielder is and predicting he can become one of the best midfielders in the Premier League if he stays fit.

Lavia recently completed his first competitive matches for Chelsea and could earn a third consecutive start ahead of the upcoming match against Sunderland. Midfielders Jordan Henderson and Moises Caicedo have both dealt with recent illness and missed training sessions, paving the way for Lavia to secure more playing time.
