Blackhawks Looking For ‘Help for Bedard,’ Friedman Says

The Chicago Blackhawks are actively exploring the trade market to acquire scoring depth to support Connor Bedard, according to insider Elliotte Friedman. Speaking on NHL Network, Friedman reported that the front office is looking around for offensive help amid a disappointing start to the season.

No trade is considered imminent under general manager Kyle Davidson, with the market presenting limited options and high asking prices. Meanwhile, defenseman Kevin Korchinski has reportedly surfaced on trade boards as a potential asset that Chicago could move to acquire a scoring forward.
