The NFL fined Denver Broncos defensive lineman Eyioma Uwazurike $6,361 for grabbing Kenneth Walker III's facemask during Denver's 28-24 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. The illegal tackle occurred in the first quarter, resulting in a 15-yard penalty that led to a Kansas City touchdown drive.
In addition to the league fine, Uwazurike will miss at least four games after suffering a shoulder injury during the contest. Denver subsequently promoted cornerback Sean Fresch from the practice squad to the active roster to fill the vacancy.
