Haissem Hassan Rangers flashpoint proves to James Penrice what new look dressing room has in abundance

Rangers left-back James Penrice has highlighted the strong unity within the Ibrox dressing room following a 3-0 victory over Celtic in the Premier Sports Cup. During the match, a flashpoint occurred when Penrice kicked the ball off Celtic winger Haissem Hassan's face while Hassan was on the ground. The incident sparked a 20-man melee, with Rangers players quickly rushing to support their teammate.

Both Penrice and Hassan received yellow cards following the confrontation. The victory secured Derek McInnes' Rangers side a place in the Premier Sports Cup semifinals against Aberdeen. Rangers are now preparing to face Celtic again this weekend in a Scottish Premiership rematch, aiming to reduce Celtic's five-point lead in the league.
