Former WWE champion Jack Swagger, whose real name is Jake Hager, suffered a second-round doctor stoppage loss in his latest Power Slap appearance. Following a slap to his face, Hager remained conscious but was in visible pain as red fluid began to leak from his tear ducts. Hager stated after the match that his opponent had hit him directly in the eye.
This defeat marks Hager's second consecutive loss in the promotion, following a knockout defeat two months prior. Hager, who previously built a 3-0 (1) professional record in Bellator MMA, signed a six-fight deal with Power Slap and won his debut match by knockout in April.
