A pivotal opportunity awaits the former Bellator champion as he looks to establish himself in The post Patricio Pitbull Faces Must-Win Situation Against Doo Ho Choi at UFC 331 first appeared on My MMA News.
Eric Kowal writes that former Bellator champion Patricio Pitbull enters a pivotal, must-win bout against Doo Ho Choi at UFC 331. The event takes place on Saturday, September 19, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. Pitbull holds a 1-2 promotional record and seeks to prove he can still compete with elite UFC talent.
Choi enters the featherweight contest on a three-fight winning streak featuring knockout victories over Bill Algeo and Nate Landwehr. Kowal argues that while a third UFC defeat would severely hinder the 39-year-old Pitbull's promotional aspirations, a victory would successfully rebuild his momentum against established opposition.
