Julian Fernandez has fought in both BKB as well as BKFC and the BKB champ has some clear opinions on which framework he preferred.

Julian Fernandez, an undefeated bare-knuckle boxing champion, explained why he finds BKB more challenging and rewarding than BKFC. Fernandez noted that BKB's three-minute rounds and ring dimensions require fighters to exchange in the center and master angles, compared to the larger BKFC ring which offers more space to maneuver.
Fernandez is preparing to defend his super cruiserweight title against multi-division champion Dan Podmore at BKB 59 in Tijuana. Although Fernandez has finished all of his BKB fights in the first round, he stated that he is fully prepared to go six rounds if necessary.
