The Dortmund manager sang the praises of his match-winning attacker for his goal at the MHPArena.

Borussia Dortmund manager Niko Kovac expressed his delight for forward Maximilian Beier after his decisive goal secured a 1-0 away victory against VfB Stuttgart on Saturday. The 23-year-old forward scored the only goal of the match in the 70th minute following an assist from teammate Jobe Bellingham.
This goal marked Beier's first official strike of the season, adding to his three assists across the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal. Despite his strong performances, Beier was omitted from the Germany national team squad by manager Jurgen Klopp, which Kovac noted would at least allow the player some rest during the international break.
