San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich has remarried, tying the knot with Mary Barth Budenholzer on September 16, according to a marriage certificate filed in Bexar County, Texas. Mary was previously married to Mike Budenholzer, who spent nearly two decades as an assistant coach under Popovich with the Spurs.

Mike and Mary Budenholzer divorced in 2016, while Popovich's first wife, Erin Popovich, passed away in 2018. Popovich and his former assistant won five NBA championships together between 1996 and 2013 during their tenure in San Antonio.
