Manchester United defender Leny Yoro has taken a giant step forward in his international career, earning a first senior call-up for France.

Manchester United defender Leny Yoro has received his first senior call-up to the France national team under new head coach Zinedine Zidane. The 20-year-old was promoted from the French Under-21 squad after Real Madrid defender Ibrahima Konate withdrew due to a knee injury sustained in training.
The international milestone comes amid reported uncertainty surrounding Yoro's club future at Manchester United following struggles with injuries and form. United have reportedly compiled a three-man shortlist of potential defensive targets ahead of a possible squad revamp next summer.
