Manny Pacquiao is reportedly in talks to face WBO junior welterweight champion Shakur Stevenson on the undercard of the heavyweight clash between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua. The event is targeted for December 11 or December 18 at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, and will be broadcast on Netflix as a double main event.

According to Pacquiao's advisor Jas Mathur, official bout agreements have not yet been delivered to either fighter. Pacquiao previously returned from retirement in July 2025, fighting to a majority draw against WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Nevada.
