“I don’t care” – Sunderland thinks he deserves more credit, but not losing sleep

Sunderland striker Brian Brobbey stated he deserves more credit for his hold-up play but remains unbothered by the lack of recognition. Speaking to De Telegraaf ahead of the Netherlands' Nations League clash against Germany, Brobbey reflected on his recent form after scoring his first career hat-trick against Manchester City.

Now in his second season under manager Regis Le Bris, Brobbey has tallied 10 goals and one assist across 38 appearances for Sunderland. The forward also noted that the Netherlands squad is using the disappointment of their early World Cup elimination against Morocco as motivation for upcoming Nations League fixtures.
