Two men arrested over Wolverhampton curry lounge brawl after Black Country derby

Two men were arrested following an alleged fight between Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Bromwich Albion supporters at a restaurant in Coseley on Sunday, September 20. West Midlands Police were called to the scene on Castle Street shortly after 6:50 p.m., following the Black Country derby at Molineux.

A 23-year-old was arrested on suspicion of wounding and a 26-year-old on suspicion of assisting an offender, with both individuals later bailed pending enquiries. West Midlands Ambulance Service assessed multiple patients for non-serious injuries at the scene following the Championship match, which Wolves won.
