Uli Hoeneß victorious in the case of the ‘Two Tree Territorial Tussle’

Bayern Munich supervisory board member Uli Hoeneß has won a legal dispute against a neighbor regarding the location of two trees on his property at Tegernsee. The Munich II Regional Court rejected the neighbor's demand to have the trees removed, ruling that Hoeneß was cleared of any wrongdoing in the case.

The court determined that the neighbor failed to credibly demonstrate that the trees were located in an area subject to a planting ban in her favor. Following the ruling, the neighbor was ordered to bear the full costs of the legal proceedings.
