Jay Shah’s ICC influence grows as Abhiram Yadav joins Chief Executives’ Committee

Persatuan Cricket Indonesia Chairman Abhiram Singh Yadav has been elected to the International Cricket Council Chief Executives Committee as an Associate member representative. Backed by ICC Chairman Jay Shah, Yadav secured 30 of 43 votes to win the vacant seat, defeating candidates Sarah Gommeril from Jersey and Vignesh Sankaran from Germany.

Yadav will serve on the committee until the next election at the ICC Annual Conference in June 2027. He joins fellow Associate representatives Gurdeep Klair of Canada and Anuraag Bhatnagar of Hong Kong on the committee, which is led by ICC CEO Sanjog Gupta.
