NFL Hall of Famer and ESPN broadcaster Troy Aikman stated that Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce will likely transition into television after concluding his playing career. Speaking on the Sports Media with Richard Deitsch podcast, Aikman noted that numerous suitors will pursue Kelce once he decides to retire from the NFL.

Kelce is currently playing in his 14th NFL season at 36 years old for the Kansas City Chiefs, who opened their campaign 2-0. Aikman highlighted Kelce's expanding media profile and pointed out that his brother, Jason Kelce, previously made a similar move by joining ESPN as a full-time analyst.
