Manor Solomon Reaches 50 Israel Caps as West Ham Winger Starts vs Austria

West Ham United winger Manor Solomon earned his 50th senior cap for Israel after being named in the starting lineup against Austria in Linz on Thursday. The 27-year-old started in the UEFA Nations League match in the No. 10 role behind striker Sayed Abu Farhi, reaching the milestone eight years after his senior debut in September 2018.

Solomon joined West Ham from Tottenham Hotspur over the summer and has scored two goals in nine appearances under manager Nuno Espírito Santo. Israel's busy Nations League schedule features three upcoming matches against the Republic of Ireland and Kosovo before West Ham face Queens Park Rangers on October 9.
