Day 8 of Winnipeg Jets training camp notes, lines and media

The Winnipeg Jets returned to the ice on Thursday at hockey for all centre for Day 8 of training camp with a consolidated group. Following a third round of cuts that reduced the roster by 12 players, 34 players remain in camp as the team prepares for the upcoming regular season.

Injured players Elias Salomonsson and Walker Duehr skated before the main session with skills coach Matt Larke. The team also conducted special teams drills featuring three power-play and penalty-kill units ahead of Friday's practice and their final preseason game in Colorado.
