“Blows my mind that coaches still do this”: Jason Kelce calls out Matt LaFleur over questionable play calling in Packers’ loss to Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons defeated the Green Bay Packers 35-14 on Thursday Night Football in Week 3, handing Green Bay its second loss of the season. Following the defeat, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur faced criticism for his play-calling decisions, including from former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, who questioned the choice not to run a quarterback sneak on a third-quarter fourth-and-1.

Green Bay struggled offensively throughout the contest, recording just 17 rushing yards on nine carries compared to 242 rushing yards by Atlanta. LaFleur admitted after the game that the coaching staff needs to evaluate what the offense does well, as the Packers converted 6-of-15 third downs and 2-of-3 fourth downs.
