Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has declined an appearance on the Disney+ docuseries "Welcome to Wrexham" due to her loyalty to Swansea City. Speaking on Heart Breakfast, the 57-year-old Welsh star explained she has refused invitations from Wrexham co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney because of the rivalry between the two Welsh clubs.
Zeta-Jones stated she is a lifelong Swansea City supporter, noting her uncle Bobby was previously a director at the club. The article also notes that Wrexham has earned three promotions under Reynolds and McElhenney, while actor Humphrey Ker is set to step down from the club's board.
