2026 Azerbaijan GP qualifying results: full classification from Baku City Circuit

George Russell claimed pole position for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix with a dominant performance at the Baku City Circuit. Russell posted a time of 1m42.526s in his Mercedes, finishing more than eight-tenths of a second ahead of Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc and McLaren's Oscar Piastri.

Championship leader Kimi Antonelli suffered an early exit after hitting the inside barrier at Turn 1 during Q1. Although his initial lap was fast enough to reach Q2, suspension damage kept him off the track, leaving him in 16th position.
