Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold is striving to start in Sunday's Week 3 matchup against the Washington Commanders following a hip injury. Darnold participated fully in practice on Thursday as he works toward returning to the starting lineup. In his absence, backup quarterback Drew Lock has guided Seattle to a 2-0 start to the 2026 season.
