Liverpool latest: Jurgen Klopp favourite on radar as Reds consider £47m deal

Liverpool is considering triggering a £47 million purchase option to make defender Ronald Araujo's loan move permanent. The Uruguay international joined on loan and has impressed manager Andoni Iraola with versatile performances at both center-back and right-back.

Additionally, the Reds are reportedly weighing up a move to re-sign 23-year-old midfielder Tyler Morton from Lyon. Morton, who previously played under Jurgen Klopp, joined the French club for up to £15 million in 2025 and is also drawing interest from Italian club Juventus.
