Flyers sign Garrett Wilson to one-year contract

The Philadelphia Flyers announced Sunday afternoon that they have signed forward Garrett Wilson to a one-year, two-way contract. The agreement carries an NHL salary cap hit of $850,000 for the upcoming season. Wilson, 35, split the 2025-26 campaign between the Flyers and their AHL affiliate, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.

Wilson recorded 16 points and 101 penalty minutes in 54 games as captain for Lehigh Valley last season before appearing in three NHL games with Philadelphia in March. The veteran winger was also selected as the Philadelphia chapter's 2026 nominee for the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy.
