Clinton Morrison insists Roberto De Zerbi can turn Tottenham’s season around once Spurs fix their finishing and eliminate cheap mistakes.
Former Premier League forward Clinton Morrison has backed Tottenham Hotspur head coach Roberto De Zerbi to reverse the club's fortunes despite a winless five-game start to the season. Tottenham currently sits in 20th place at the bottom of the Premier League table. Morrison argued that the team's underlying performances and attacking structure remain positive under De Zerbi's possession system.
According to Morrison, Tottenham's primary issue stems from poor finishing rather than a flawed tactical approach. Spurs have successfully created quality scoring chances but have struggled to convert opportunities, partly due to lead striker Dominic Solanke working his way back from an injury-disrupted start.
