New Aberdeen chief executive officer Adrian Bevington has backed manager Stephen Robinson, stating that both are aligned in their ambitions to bring success back to Pittodrie. Robinson recently guided the team to a Premier Sports Cup semi-final spot and improved league form following a four-match winless run. Bevington stated his desire to establish a long-term partnership with Robinson and help the club contend for trophies, domestic standing, and European qualification.
Bevington also highlighted ongoing cooperation with sporting director Lutz Pfannenstiel to establish a unified football philosophy and support player development across the club. Meanwhile, Aberdeen chairman Dave Cormack continues discussions with the local city council regarding the proposed construction of a new beachside stadium.
