Will the Flyers make the playoffs for a second year in a row?

According to projections released by analytics site MoneyPuck, the Philadelphia Flyers have a 43.1% chance of qualifying for the playoffs in the 2026-27 NHL season. The model projects Philadelphia to finish with 93.4 points, representing a regression from the 98 points the team achieved during the 2025-26 campaign.
The Flyers' projected odds rank them below division rivals such as the Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins. Philadelphia's offseason moves featured the addition of goaltender Joseph Woll alongside veteran center Noel Acciari, following an unsuccessful attempt to sign center Leo Carlsson.
