Browns Face ‘Big Blow’ as $24 Million Starter Could Miss Week 4

Cleveland Browns starting center Elgton Jenkins entered concussion protocol following Sunday's 21-18 victory over the Carolina Panthers. According to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com, Jenkins may not be cleared in time for Cleveland's Week 4 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football.

Jenkins signed a two-year, $24 million contract in March to stabilize an offensive line featuring all new starters. If Jenkins cannot play, the Browns could turn to rookie backup Parker Brailsford or veteran third-string option Luke Wypler to start against the Steelers.
